Simple Process to Get Property in Compliance!
- We conduct a comprehensive lead inspection.
- A Letter of Full Initial Compliance will be issued if no lead hazards are found. The process is complete!
- If lead hazards are found, the property must be deleaded by a licensed deleading contractor/authorized person. Please be sure to hire a licensed deleading contractor to achieve compliance.
- When the deleading contractor/authorized person completes the work, a visual inspection with dust samples will be completed. The reinspection fees will vary by the number of rooms and lead floors.
- Dust samples are collected and sent to the laboratory for analysis.
- With passing dust samples, a Letter of Full Deleading Compliance is issued.
